Chapter 06 was published to :

i) Add the following new OGD extensions:

06.01.10.0004.04 - Dahlia - dormant tuberous root (Dahlia spp.)
06.01.20.0005.05 - Dahlia - tuberous root in growth or in flower (Dahlia spp.)

ii) Remove the following OGD extensions:

06.02.10.0012.22 - Dahlia - Unrooted plants (Dahlia spp.)
06.02.90.0024.28 - Dahlia - rooted plants (Dahlia spp.)

This created a version change for multiple HS code under the following HS code for the end use "Propagation (growing or sowing)"

06.02 - Other live plants (including their roots), cuttings and slips; mushroom spawn.
