Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 03 was published to modify the import instructions for the following HS codes from all origins, with the miscellaneous code, eviscerated, for the following end uses "Food service" and "Retail Use" and "Further Processing for Human consumption"

03.02.51.3131.88 - Gadus morhua - TSN 164712 - Atlantic cod (fresh or chilled) 
03.02.89.7937.10 - Seriola dumerili - TSN 168689 - Greater amberjack (fresh or chilled)

b) Chapter 6 was published to:

i) Modify the description of the following OGD extensions:

06.02.10.0009.36 - Yali pear (Ya, Duck) - Unrooted plants (Pyrus bretschneideri)
06.02.20.0017.19 - Yali pear (Ya, Duck) - Rooted plants (Pyrus bretschneideri)

ii) Remove the following OGD extensions:

06.02.10.0009.33 - Pear, Duck - Unrooted plants (Pyrus bretschneideri)
06.02.10.0009.35 - Pear, Ya - Unrooted plants (Pyrus bretschneideri)
06.02.20.0017.16 - Pear, Duck - rooted plants (Pyrus bretschneideri)
06.02.20.0017.18 - Ya pear - rooted plants (Pyrus bretschneideri) 

c) Chapter 20 was published to add the following OGD extension.

20.08.99.7104 - Ginger, prepared or preserved

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

20.01.10.2011 - Pickles with >15% oil, gherkins
20.01.90.2031 - Pickles, all types (excluding cucumbers and gherkins) with >15% oil
20.01.90.2032 - Pickles, all types, with alcohol not exceeding 0.5% vol.
20.01.90.2033 - Relish, all types, with >15% oil
