Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 6 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS codes, from the states of Massachussetts, New York and Ohio (USA), for the end use "Propagation (growing or sowing)".

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes, from various states of United States.

06.02.30 - Rhododendrons and azaleas, grafted or not
06.02.40 - Roses, grafted or not (Rosa spp.)
06.02.90 - Other
