Chapter 12 was published to streamline the import requirement for the following HS code.

12.11.30 - Coca leaf

This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes.

12.11.40 - Poppy straw
12.11.90.9999 - Other

Please check your version numbers before submitting through EDI.
