Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 03 was published to:
 
i) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes for the end uses "Food service" and "Retail Use" originating from; Vietnam, Turkey, Tunisia, Faroe Island, Brazil, Peru, New Zealand, Mexico, Indonesia, Honduras and for the end use "Further Processing for Human consumption" originating from Vietnam, Brazil, New Zealand and Indonesia.
 
03.01 - Live Fish
03.02 - Fish, fresh or chilled, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.03 - Fish, frozen, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
03.07 - Molluscs, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked molluscs, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of molluscs, fit for human con invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption.
 
ii) modify the import conditions for the following HS codes
 
03.07.81.3460.60 - Haliotis midae - TSN 69493 - Abalone (live or non-ready-to-eat, shell on) (fresh or chilled).
03.07.89.3469.60 - Haliotis midae - TSN 69493 - Abalone (non-ready-to-eat, shell on) (other).
