i) to modify the import conditions for the end uses " Aquarium - commercial", "Aquarium - private", "Outdoor holding unit - commercial" and "Outdoor holding unit - private" originating from; Brazil, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Puerto Rico for the following HS codes:
 
03.01.11 - Ornamental fish: Freshwater
03.01.19 - Ornamental fish: Other
03.01.91 - Other live fish: Trout (Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Oncorhynchus clarki, Oncorhynchus aquabonita, Oncorhynchus gilae, Oncorhynchus apache and Oncorhynchus chrysogaster)
03.01.92 - Other live fish: Eels (Anguilla spp.)
03.01.93 - Carp (Cyprinus carpio, Carassius carassius, Ctenopharyngondon idellus, Hypophthalmichthys spp., Cirrhinus spp., Mylopharyngondon piceus).
03.01.94 - Atlantic and Pacific bluefin tunas (Thunnus thynnus, Thunnus orientalis).

ii) to modify the import conditions for the end use of "Display in a zoo or public aquarium", originating from; Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand for the following HS codes:
