Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 01 was published to streamline the import requirements for the following HS codes.

01.05.11.1010 - Day old chicks.
01.05.11.1012 - Less than 3 days old
01.05.12.1010 - Day old poults.

This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes.

01.05.15.1021 - Less than 3 days old.
01.06.39.2091 - Game birds other than guinea fowl less than 3 days old.

b) Chapter 03 was published to streamline the import requirements for the end use “Stocking, Enhancement or Refresh” originating from the United States for the following HS codes.

03.01.91 - Other live fish: Trout (Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Oncorhynchus clarki, Oncorhynchus aquabonita, Oncorhynchus gilae, Oncorhynchus apache and Oncorhynchus chrysogaster)
03.01.92 - Other live fish: Eels (Anguilla spp.)
03.01.99 - Other live fish: Other

c) Chapter 08 was published to streamline the import requirements for the end use "Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution" for the following HS codes.

i) add the following OGD extension.

41.02.29.1917 - Green, raw, ovine (sheep) hides or skins, (not hard dried, nor pickled, nor limed)

ii) change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA_NISC" to "Refer to CFIA - veterinary inspection" for the following HS codes.
