Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 3 was published to modify the recommendations for the end use of "Impoundment" from all origins, for the following HS codes,
 
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
 
b) Chapter 06 was published to:  
 
i) Change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA-NISC" to "Refuse entry" for the following HS codes originating from multiple countries from off continent:
