a) Chapter 07 was published to;

i) add the following OGD extension.
07.08.20.3026 - Cowpea (fresh or chilled)

ii) remove the following OGD extension.
07.13.35.3026 - Cowpea (fresh or chilled)

iii) modify the import requirements for the following HS code.
07.13.35 - Cow peas (Vigna unguiculata)

This created a requirement version change to multiple HS codes within chapter 07.

b) Chapter 20 was published to remove the following OGD extensions.

20.08.19.7206 - Halva (Halwa)
20.08.99.2200 - Hijiki seaweed
20.08.99.2201 - Other type of seaweed
