Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 04 was published to add the following end uses "Canadian Goods returning to Canada", "Other end uses" and "Travellers and Personal use and not for resale or distribution" to the following HS codes.
 
04.07.29.0273 - Cornish hen eggs
04.07.29.0274 - Quail eggs
04.07.29.0275 - Goose eggs
04.07.29.0276 - Ostrich eggs
04.07.29.0277 - Turkey eggs
 
This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes with the end use "Canadian Goods returning to Canada".
 
04.01 - Milk and cream, not concentrated nor containing added sugar or other sweetening matter
04.02 - Milk and cream, concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter
04.03 - Buttermilk, curdled milk and cream, yogourt, kephir and other fermented or acidified milk and cream, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or flavoured or containing added fruit, nuts or cocoa
04.04 - Whey, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter; products consisting of natural milk constituents, whether or not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, not elsewhere specified or included
04.05 - Butter and other fats and oils derived from milk; dairy spreads
04.06 - Cheese and curds
04.07.19.0272 - Turkey eggs
04.07.21 - Other fresh eggs: Of fowls of the species Gallus domesticus
04.09 - Natural honey
04.10 - Edible products of animal origin, not elsewhere specified or included
