Chapter 07 was published to streamline the import requirements for the following HS codes originating from the continental United states.

07.01.10 - Seed
07.01.90.3000 - Potato - tuber (fresh)

Chapter 12 was published to;

i) change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA-NISC" to "Approved" for the following HS code.

12.01.10.0110 - Glycine max (Soybean), seed

ii) streamline the import requirements for the following HS codes.

12.01.10 - Soya beans, whether or not broken: Seed
12.01.90 - Soya beans, whether or not broken: Other
12.05.10 - Low erucic acid rape or colza seeds
12.05.90 - Other

New Miscellaneous codes;

#919 - From regulated areas for PCN in containers weighing less than 22.7 kg
#920 - From regulated areas for PCN in containers weighing more than 22.7 kg
#921 - From non-regulated areas for PCN in containers weighing more than 22.7 kg
