Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 04 was published to modify the import conditions of the following HS codes originating from the following countries; Austria, Germany, Denmark, France, Hungary, Iceland and Netherlands.

04.07.11.1020.01 - Fertilized eggs for incubation - Poultry eggs
04.07.11.1020.02 - Turkey eggs

This modification created a change of version to the same HS codes from New Zealand and Cuba.
