Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 03 was published to modify the import conditions for the end uses; “Food Service”, "Retail Use" and "Further Processing for Human Consumption" originating from China, for the following HS codes.
 
03.02 - Fish, fresh or chilled, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.03 - Fish, frozen, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.06.11 - Frozen: Rock lobster and other sea crawfish (Palinurus spp., Panulirus spp., Jasus spp.)
03.06.12 - Frozen: Lobsters (Homarus spp.)
03.06.14 - Frozen: Crabs
03.06.16 - Cold-water shrimps and prawns (Pandalus spp., Crangon crangon)
03.16.17 - Other shrimps and prawns
03.06.19 - Frozen:  Other, including flours, meals and pellets of crustaceans, fit for human consumption

b) Chapter 6 was published to change the release recommendation from "Refuse entry" to "Refer to CFIA-NISC" for the following HS codes originating from all origins except the continental United States.
 
06.02.10.0020.22 -  Knotweed, bindweed - Unrooted plants (Fallopia spp.)
06.02.90.0036.32 -  Knotweed, bindweed - Rooted plants (Fallopia spp.)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS.
