Chapter 03 was published to modify the import conditions for the end uses; “Food Service” and "Retail Use" originating from the Philippines, for the following HS codes.

03.02 - Fish, fresh or chilled, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.03 - Fish, frozen, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading No. 03.04.
03.06.11 - Frozen: Rock lobster and other sea crawfish (Palinurus spp., Panulirus spp., Jasus spp.)
03.06.12 - Frozen: Lobsters (Homarus spp.)
03.06.14 - Frozen: Crabs
03.06.16 - Cold-water shrimps and prawns (Pandalus spp., Crangon crangon)
03.16.17 - Other shrimps and prawns
03.06.19 - Frozen: Other, including flours, meals and pellets of crustaceans, fit for human consumption
