Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 45 was published to;
 
i) add the following OGD extension.
 
45.03.90.0100 - Other manufactured articles of natural cork
 
ii) change the release recommendation from  "Refuse entry" to "Refer to CFIA-NISC" for the following HS code with the end use "Other end uses" originating from all origins.
 
45.01.10.0152.01 - Cork - raw - Quercus suber
 
This created a requirement version change to the following HS code.
 
45.01.10.0152.99 - Cork - raw - other tree species
 
iii) change the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refuse entry" for the following HS code with the end use "Other end uses" originating from all origins.
 
45.01.90 - Other
 
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.
 
45.02 - Natural cork, debacked or roughly squared, or in rectangular (including square) blocks, plates, sheets or strip, (including sharp-edged blanks for corks or stoppers).
45.03.10 - Corks and stoppers
45.03.90 - Other
45.04.10 - Blocks, plates, sheets and strip; tiles of any shape; solid cylinders, including discs
45.04.90 - Other
 
iv) change the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refer to CFIA-NISC" for the following HS codes with the end uses: "Educational use", "Industrial use (i.e. not commercial use)" and "Scientific use (Research)" originating from all origins.
