Chapter 44 was published to streamline the import conditions and add the new miscellaneous code "Oak cubes equal or greater than 1.5 cm in thickness" to the following HS code originating from off continent countries.

44.01.22.0122.02 - Oak - wood chips, wood particles, nuggets (Quercus spp.).

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.

44.01.21.0121 - Wood chips, wood particles, coniferous, forestry products (not manufactured)
44.01.22.0122 - Wood chips, wood particles, non coniferous, forestry products (not manufactured)

New miscellaneous.

# 932 - Oak cubes equal or greater than 1.5 cm in thickness
