Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 07 was published to;
 
i) change the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refuse entry" for the following HS codes originating from India.
 
07.02.00.0001 - Tomatoes, field (fresh or chilled). (Lycopersicon esculentum)
07.02.00.0002 - Tomatoes, greenhouse (fresh or chilled). (Lycopersicon esculentum)
 
This created a requirement version change to the same HS codes originating from all other origin except the continental United States.
 
ii) change the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refer to CFIA-NISC" for the following HS code, originating from the state of California destined to British Columbia.
 
07.04.90.3010.03 - Other broccoli - crown (fresh or chilled)
 
This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes.
 
07.03.20.3004 - Garlic bulbs - processed (peeled, sliced, baseplate and skin removed) (fresh or chilled)
07.04.10.3009.01 - Headed broccoli - whole (fresh or chilled)
07.04.10.3009.02 - Headed broccoli - fresh, cut into florets (fresh or chilled)

b) Chapter 08 was published to add the following OGD extension with the end uses; "Human consumption", "Other end uses", "Travellers & personal use and not for resale or distribution" and "Canadian goods returning to Canada".
 
08.11.90.7100 - Chestnuts, frozen
 
This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes with the end use "Canadian goods returning to Canada"
 
08.11.10 - Strawberries (frozen)
08.11.20 - Raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black, white or red currants and gooseberries (frozen)
08.11.90 - Other (frozen)
08.14.00.4040 - Citrus fruit peel (fresh, frozen, dried or provisionally preserved)
08.14.00.4041 - Other peel (fresh, frozen, dried or provisionally preserved)
 
c) Chapter 41 was published to add the following OGD extensions.
 
41.03.90.1930.01 - Lama (Guanaco)
41.03.90.1930.99 - Other
 
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.
 
41.01.20 - Whole hides and skins unsplit, of a weight per skin not exceeding 8 kg when simply dried, 10 kg when dry-salted, or 16 kg when fresh, wet-salted or otherwise preserved
41.01.50 - Whole hides and skins, of a weight exceeding 16 kg
41.01.90 - Other, including butts, bends and bellies
41.02 - Raw skins of sheep or lambs (fresh, or salted, dried, limed, pickled or otherwise preserved, but not tanned, parchment-dressed or further prepared), whether or not with wool on or split, other than those excluded by Note 1 (c) to this Chapter.
