Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 19 was published to;
 
i) modify the descriptions of the following OGD extensions.
 
19.05.90.7341.01 - Pizza, semi-prepared, with meat other than bovine (pre-cooked or cooked)
19.05.90.7341.02 - Pizza, ready-to-eat, with meat other than bovine (pre-cooked or cooked)
19.05.90.7341.03 - Pizza with meat other than bovine, other; pizza pops, calzones, hot pockets (pre-cooked or cooked)
 
ii) add the following OGD extensions.
 
19.05.90.7341.04 - Pizza, semi-prepared, with bovine meat (pre-cooked or cooked)
19.05.90.7341.05 - Pizza, ready-to-eat, with bovine meat (pre-cooked or cooked)
19.05.90.7341.06 - Pizza with bovine meat, other; pizza pops, calzones, hot pockets (pre-cooked or cooked)
 
This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes.
 
19.01.20 - Mixes and doughs for the preparation of bakers' wares of heading No. 19.05
19.02.20 - Stuffed pasta, whether or not cooked or otherwise prepared
19.02.30 - Other pasta
19.04.90.7192 - Prepared foods with more than 2% but less than 20% meat products
19.05.90 - Other
