Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 01 was published to streamline the conditions and change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA - Veterinary inspection" to "CBSA inspection" for the following HS codes originating from the state of Colorado for the end use "Canadian horses returning to Canada"
 
01.01.21.2001  Horses: Thoroughbred.
01.01.29.2002  Horses: Other breeds.
01.01.30.2004  Asses: Purebred breeding animals (includes donkeys and burros).
01.01.90  Other.
01.06.19.2082.14  Zebras (all species).
 
This modification created a change of version to the same HS codes from all the other states of the United States except New Mexico and Texas.

Chapter 22 was published to:
 
i) Add the following OGD extensions for the end uses "Human consumption", "Other end uses" and "Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution".
