Chapter 05 was published to change the release recommendation from "Refer to CFIA - Veterinary Inspection" to "CBSA Inspection" for the following HS codes originating from United Kingdom and Jersey

05.11.99.1294.02 Animal embryos - intact - Bison/buffalo
05.11.99.1294.03 Bovine (cattle) - dairy
05.11.99.1294.04 Bovine (cattle) - beef
