i) add import conditions  for the following end uses: "Culture", "Diagnostic Testing", "Display in a zoo or aquarium", "Research and educational use" and "Stocking, Enhancement or refresh" for the following HS codes:

ii) streamline the import conditions for the following HS codes with the following end uses: "Live Bait", "Ceremonial or religious use", "Culture", "Display in a zoo or aquarium", "Impoundment", "Manufacturing feed for aquatic animals", "Stocking", "Enhancement or refresh".
 
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
03.07 - Molluscs, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked molluscs, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of molluscs, fit for human con invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption.
