Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 03 was published to change the release recommendation from 'Refer to CFIA - vet inspection' to 'Approved' for the end use of "Research and educational use" from the United States for the following HS codes:
 
03.01.11 - Ornamental fish: Freshwater
03.01.19 - Ornamental fish: Other
03.01.91 - Other live fish: Trout (Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Oncorhynchus clarki, Oncorhynchus aquabonita, Oncorhynchus gilae, Oncorhynchus apache and Oncorhynchus chrysogaster)
03.01.92 - Other live fish: Eels (Anguilla spp.)
03.01.93 - Carp (Cyprinus carpio, Carassius carassius, Ctenopharyngondon idellus, Hypophthalmichthys spp., Cirrhinus spp., Mylopharyngondon piceus).
03.01.99 - Other live fish: Other
 
b) Chapter 09 was published to streamline the import conditions for the following HS code.
 
09.01.21.7300 - Coffee pods not decaffeinated with milk powder.
 
This created a requirement version change for the same HS code for the end uses: "Other end uses", "Samples" and " Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution".
 
c) Chapter 15 was published to add the end uses "Further processing", " Natural health product/drug from fish" and "Other end uses" to the following HS codes for all countries.
 
15.06.00.5902   Krill oil
 
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes:
 
15.04.10.8009  Fish-liver oil.
15.04.20.8020  Fats and oils of fish (other than liver oils).
15.04.30.8040  Seal oil
15.04.30.8050  Whale blubber
