Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 3 was published to:
 
i) add the following OGD extension:
 
03.02.89.9266 - Various Aquatic Animals
03.03.89.9266 - Various Aquatic Animals
 
ii) modify the release recommendations for the following end uses: "Aquarium - commercial", "Aquarium - private", "Diagnotic testing", "Feeding aquatic animals to aquatic animals", "Outdoor holding unit - commercial", "Outdoor holding unit - private", "Research and educational use", "Show or exhibition" for the following HS codes:
 
03.01.91 - Other live fish: Trout (Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Oncorhynchus clarki, Oncorhynchus aquabonita, Oncorhynchus gilae, Oncorhynchus apache and Oncorhynchus chrysogaster)
03.01.92 - Other live fish: Eels (Anguilla spp.)
03.01.93 - Carp (Cyprinus carpio, Carassius carassius, Ctenopharyngondon idellus, Hypophthalmichthys spp., Cirrhinus spp., Mylopharyngondon piceus).

iii) modify the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refer to CFIA-ISC - vet inspection" for the following end uses "Feeding aquatic animals to aquatic animals" and "Stocking, enhancement or refresh" for the following HS codes:
 
03.01.91 - Other live fish: Trout (Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Oncorhynchus clarki, Oncorhynchus aquabonita, Oncorhynchus gilae, Oncorhynchus apache and Oncorhynchus chrysogaster)
03.01.92 - Other live fish: Eels (Anguilla spp.)

This created a requirement version to multiple OGD extension under the following HS code.
