Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 03 was published to modify the import instructions for the following HS codes from the Philippines with the end uses of 'Aquarium - commercial', 'Aquarium - private', 'Display in a zoo or public aquarium', 'Outdoor Holding Unit - commercial' and 'Outdoor Holding Unit - private'
 
03.01.11 - Ornamental fish: Freshwater
03.01.19 - Ornamental fish: Other
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
03.07 - Molluscs, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked molluscs, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of molluscs, fit for human con invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption.
 
This created requirement version changes for the end uses of  'Aquarium - commercial', 'Aquarium - private', 'Display in a zoo or public aquarium', 'Outdoor Holding Unit - commercial', 'Outdoor Holding Unit - private' for the following HS codes from off continent
 
03.01.11 - Ornamental fish: Freshwater
03.01.19 - Ornamental fish: Other

b) Chapter 19 was published to;
 
i) add the end use "human consumption" for the following HS code.
 
19.05.90.7340 - Bakery products with or without eggs, nuts and peanuts
 
This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes.
 
19.01.20.7344 - Mixes and doughs with or without eggs, nuts and/or peanuts
19.01.90.9999 - Other food preparations of flour, groats, meal, starch or malt extract
19.02.11.0574 - Containing less than 50% egg products
19.02.19.7100 - Pasta, wheat based
19.02.19.7999 - Pasta, not containing eggs, other
19.02.20.0530 - Containing egg products
19.02.20.0531 - Pasta, not containing egg products
19.02.20.9999 - Other stuffed pasta
19.02.30.0575 - Containing egg products
19.02.30.2038 - Other pasta, not containing fish or meat
19.02.30.9420 - Instant noodles
19.02.40 - Couscous
19.04.10.7171 - Breakfast cereal made with mixed grains (swelled or roasted)
19.04.10.7172 - Breakfast cereal made with single grain (swelled or roasted)
19.04.90.7176 - Instant rice
19.04.90.7193 - Pre-cooked or otherwise prepared cereals - Other, not containing fish or meat products.
19.05.10 - Crispbread
19.05.20 - Gingerbread and the like
19.05.90 - Other
 
ii) to add the following OGD extensions.

19.01.20.7348.01 - Containing beef
19.01.20.7348.02 - Containing veal
19.01.20.7348.03 - Containing pork
19.01.20.7348.04 - Containing chicken

19.05.90.6026.01 - Containing beef
