Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 02 was published to streamline the import conditions for the end use " Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution" to the following HS code.
 
02.08.90.5246.01 - Carcasses - eviscerated whole raw.
 
This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes.
 
02.08.90.5240 - Reindeer
02.08.90.5241 - Venison
02.08.90.5252 - Caribou
 
b) Chapter 16 was published to add the following OGD extension
 
16.04.20.9259.98 - Other fish - Ready to eat fish in glass jar
 
This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes
 
16.04.20 - Other prepared or preserved fish
16.04.31 - Caviar
16.04.32 - Caviar substitutes
