Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 03 was published to:
 
i) modify the import instructions for the following HS codes from Sri Lanka with the end uses of 'Aquarium - commercial', 'Aquarium - private', 'Display in a zoo or public aquarium', 'Outdoor Holding Unit - commercial' and 'Outdoor Holding Unit - private'
 
03.01.11 - Ornamental fish: Freshwater
03.01.19 - Ornamental fish: Other
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
03.07 - Molluscs, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked molluscs, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of molluscs, fit for human con invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption.
 
ii) modify the import instructions  for the following HS codes with the following end uses: Food Service, Further processing for human consumption and Retail use
 
03.01.91 - Other live fish: Trout (Salmo trutta, Oncorhynchus mykiss, Oncorhynchus clarki, Oncorhynchus aquabonita, Oncorhynchus gilae, Oncorhynchus apache and Oncorhynchus chrysogaster)
03.01.92 - Other live fish: Eels (Anguilla spp.)
03.01.93 - Carp (Cyprinus carpio, Carassius carassius, Ctenopharyngondon idellus, Hypophthalmichthys spp., Cirrhinus spp., Mylopharyngondon piceus).
03.01.99 - Other live fish: Other
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
03.07 - Molluscs, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked molluscs, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of molluscs, fit for human con invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption.
 
b) Chapter 06 was published to:

i) add the miscellaneous code  "With growing media that is free of soil and related matter (CGMP)" originating from the Netherlands for the following HS codes.

06.02.40 - Roses, grafted or not (Other Rosa spp.)
06.02.90.0023.31 - Roses - rooted plants (Other Rosa spp.)
06.02.90.0024.10 - Roses - rooted plants (Other Rosa spp.)
 
This created a requirement version change for the same HS codes originating from the United Kingdom

ii) streamline the import conditions for the following HS code for the end use " Other end uses":

06.04.20.0143.02 - Douglas fir - christmas trees (Pseudotsuga spp.)
