Update to CFIA AIRS Website

a) Chapter 1 was published to add a new miscellaneous code to the following OGD extensions.
 
01.06.19.2083.01 - Commercial dogs - eight months of age or older
01.06.19.2083.02 - Commercial dogs - less than eight months of age
 
New Miscellaneous codes;
 
#909 - Permanent stay in Canada
#910 - Temporary stay in Canada
 
b) Chapter 3 was published to:
 
i) modify the import instructions  for the following HS codes with the following end uses: Food Service, Further processing for human consumption and Retail use
 
03.06 - Crustaceans, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked crustaceans, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; crustaceans, in shell, cooked by steaming or by bo crustaceans, fit for human consumption
03.07 - Molluscs, whether in shell or not, live, fresh, chilled, frozen, dried, salted or in brine; smoked molluscs, whether in shell or not, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process; flours, meals and pellets of molluscs, fit for human con invertebrates other than crustaceans, fit for human consumption
 
ii) modify the import instructions  for the following HS codes from Ecuador, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand with the following end uses: Food Service, Further processing for human consumption and Retail use

This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes from off-continent for the same end uses

c)  Chapter 4 was published to add a new miscellaneous code to the following OGD extensions.
 
04.01 - Milk and cream, not concentrated nor containing added sugar or other sweetening matter
04.02 - Milk and cream, concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter
04.03 - Buttermilk, curdled milk and cream, yogourt, kephir and other fermented or acidified milk and cream, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter or flavoured or containing added fruit, nuts or cocoa
04.04 - Whey, whether or not concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter; products consisting of natural milk constituents, whether or not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, not elsewhere specified or included
04.05 - Butter and other fats and oils derived from milk; dairy spreads
04.06 - Cheese and curds

#911 - Shipment 20 kg or less
#912 - Shipment of more than 20 kg
 
d) Chapter 15 was published to;
 
i) add the following OGD extensions for the end uses "Human consumption" and "Other end uses"
