a) Chapter 12 was published to modify the release recommendation for the following HS code with the end use of "Propagation (growing or sowing)" from off-continent origins

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes with the end use of "Propagation (growing or sowing)" from off-continent origins

12.09.99.0071.05 - Blackberry (seed)
12.09.99.0071.06 - Blueberry (seed)
12.09.99.0071.07 - Boysenberry (seed)
12.09.99.0071.09 - Cranberry (seed)
12.09.99.0071.11 - Gooseberry (seed)

b) Chapter 15 was published to add the following OGD extension.

15.17.90.7410 - Animal fats and oils and their fractions - rendered fat fit for human consumption with more than 2% but less than 20% meat products
