01.06.19.2083.02 - Commercial dogs - less than eight months of age
b) Chapter 16 was published to add the end uses "Institutional use" and "Retail use" to the following HS code.
16.05.53.9324.08 - Mussels - Cooked, chilled.
This created a requirement version change to the following HS codes.

16.05.51.9326.18 - Oysters - Meat, other
