Update on implementation of the CSCB’s new Association Management System (AMS)

We are hard at work putting the finishing touches on our new Association Management System (AMS), which we expect will be ready for rollout in the coming weeks. The new look and feel for our website will come online at the same time.

We appreciate your cooperation in pausing certain activities while we worked through a sensitive phase of system development and are pleased to announce that, effective March 6, 2024, you may once again register for and activate new CSCB courses, including Introduction to Canadian Customs and Border Procedures and modules within the Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS) program.

In these final few weeks of system testing and remediation, we are focused on data integrity and want to ensure your member account information remains accurate and up to date. For this reason, access to your profile (address, email, employer etc) will remain closed. Please contact us at [email protected] and we would be pleased to make those changes on your behalf to ensure the data remains accurate in the existing and new AMS systems.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience, and we look forward to full implementation of the new AMS very soon.
