Update: Information on labelling requirements for foodservice products due to COVID-19

Further to the 7 April 2020 message, CFIA have provided the following update.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has updated its notice to industry regarding labelling requirements for foodservice products during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The notice was updated to provide additional clarity around the retail sale of Canadian-made foodservice products that are labelled according to U.S. requirements.
