Update to information regarding certain labelling requirements for foodservice products during the COVID-19 pandemic

Further to the 7 April 2020 message, CFIA have provided the following update.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has updated its notice to industry regarding certain labelling requirements for foodservice products during the COVID-19 pandemic.

There are new requirements in the notice applicable to bilingual labelling and priority allergen and gluten source declaration.
