[US CBP Notice:] Customers Required to Use Online System as of November 1

The following notice was posted by US CBP on 30 August 2013. It has to do with DTOPS - Decal / Transponder Online Procurement System. It’s a way for Commercial Vehicles, Private Aircraft, and Private Vessels (thirty feet and over) to purchase their Annual User Fee online.

In an effort to improve efficiency and reduce costs, effective November 1, customers will be required to use the online system to change or update account and conveyance information. Update requests that may be made online will no longer be accepted via email, fax or postal mail.
