[US DHS Notice:] The optional shipping methods for Canada and Mexico have changed

The following news release was posted by CBP on 30 August 2013. This message has to do with DTOPS - Decal / Transponder Online Procurement System. It’s a way for Commercial Vehicles, Private Aircraft, and Private Vessels (thirty feet and over) to purchase their Annual User Fee online.

Canada: Effective on September 1, 2013 Canadian shipping will increase to $18.00. Due to increased shipping costs, the price for all expedited shipments to Canada will increase to $18.00 per package.

Mexico: The Mexico registered shipping option is no longer available. Decals and Transponders sent to Mexico will be sent U.S. standard mail.

Expedited shipping does not mean expedited processing. Expedited processing is not available - all orders are processed first come first served. Processing time is 4 to 6 weeks during renewal season.

Questions should be directed to the User Fee Help Desk at (317) 298-1245 or via email at [email protected].
