WCO publishes its INN Table for the purpose of facilitating the classification of these products

The following is excerpted from a 3 June 2013 press release by the World Customs Organization.

The World Customs Organization (WCO) has just published its INN Table. The INN Table contains the HS classification of INNs (International Nonproprietary Names) decided by the Harmonized System Committee. It constitutes a reference published by the WCO Secretariat for the purpose of facilitating the classification of these products.
