What would you like to ask the CBSA President?

Erin O’Gorman, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency, will be joining attendees at the CSCB Annual Conference on November 22. Remember, this conference is being held in person and the theme is “Stronger Together”, and that applies to our colleagues in government as well as in our own community of customs brokers and clients.

What would YOU like to hear from Ms. O’Gorman? Our conference program will have intensive and informative sessions on things like CARM, Importer of Record (IOR), forced labour, trusted trader and North American developments. What are your questions for the person who is “at the top” and what would you like her to know about you and your business?  If there is one thing you would like her to do, what would that be (note that cancellation of CARM is out of the question!)?  Please let us know by November 4th at [email protected].
