Courier Low Value Shipment Program Changes

Over the past couple of months, the CSCB has met with CBSA on multiple occasions to discuss how we could ensure that current business models were respected while meeting CBSA's needs within the reform of the CLVS program. Further to the initial program changes announced in June of this year, CBSA has now issued two communiqués outlining their plans for further amendment of the Courier Low Value Shipment (CLVS) Program.
