29 January 2009 2009 Federal Budget - Tariff Update We have been advised that the CBSA has expired the tariff items that were affected by the 2009 tariff budget and are inputting the new items into the CCS. They expect that this task will be completed by 4 p.m. EST. The CSCB will be following up with CBSA since this time delay is unacceptable and as a result many entries have been rejected.
