ACROSS 999 Line Limit

Further to our message to members on August 2, 2012 regarding CADEX participants exceeding the ACROSS 999 line limit, CBSA has advised that commencing October 29th, 2012, AMPS penalty C070 (failing to account for goods in the prescribed time and manner) will be issued in these cases.

This date was provided verbally to the CSCB and additional information from CBSA will be available shortly.
