Challenging the CCS Examination - Deadline 15 July!

Individuals with an interest in challenging the CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) examination in September 2013 are reminded that applications, with payment of $400.00, must be received at the CSCB national office by 15 July 2013.

The application to write the examination, and the accompanying policy, are found on the CSCB website in English and French.

There are two prerequisites for challenging the CCS examination:

  • current employment by a CSCB corporate member firm, and
  • employer certification of two years’ work experience in the Canadian customs environment.

Please note that students currently enrolled in the CCS course do not need to apply to write the examination in September.
