Goods Subject to a Remission of Surtax

Finance Canada has once again amended the list of goods that are subject to a remission of surtax (countermeasures). These changes were made pursuant to the Order Amending the United States Surtax Remission Order, No. 2019-2 and entered into force on June 25, 2019. Please note that the actual order will not be available until it is posted in the July 10, 2019 edition of Part II of the Canada Gazette.
