Course Access

Course Access 

The CSCB provides each registered student with course access information via email. Once you have accessed the CSCB website, please enter your username and password in the log in box on the top right corner of the website. Once logged in, please click on the Student Services tab. In My Courses section, please click on the CCS course link in Access Course Materials.

System Requirements

System Requirements 
An Internet browser such as: 
Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, 
Firefox 2.0 or higher, or 
Chrome. 
There are no audio or video components in the course, so media players and sound cards 
are not required.  
Accessing the Course 
The CSCB provides each registered student with a user name and password. Once he or she 
has accessed the CSCB website (https://new.cscb.ca/), the CCS course is found by clicking 
on “Students”, then “Log in to the CSCB Campus” and entering one’s user I.D. 
Troubleshooting 
If you're having problems with accessing the course, or viewing the content material, before 
you contact us, please check for the following information. 
Operating System
To find out what is the operating system on your computer, please right-click on the My 
Computer icon, and click Properties. In the General tab, you will see the System 
information, as in the following example: 
Microsoft Windows XP 
Home Edition 
Version 2002 
Service Pack 2

Browser
In order to view content on the web, you use a browser.  
If you are using Internet Explorer, please follow the instructions to find out what version 
of the browser you are using. 
In the toolbar (File, Edit, View, Favourites, Tools, Help), click on Help followed by About 
Internet Explorer. A popup will appear where you can see the Version of your browser, as in 
the following example: 
Version: 7.0.5730.11

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, please follow the instructions to find out what version of 
the browser you are using. In the toolbar (File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help), click on Help followed by 
About Mozilla Firefox. A popup will appear where you can see the Version of your browser, 
as in the following example: 
Version: 2.0.0.9

Once you've obtained the information requested, please either send us an email describing 
the problem and providing your operating system and browser information at 
[email protected], or call us at 1.613.562.3543, and advise the receptionist that you are 
having difficulties accessing the CCS course.System Requirements

Troubleshooting
