2021-04-30: Notice of preliminary determinations Grinding media / Avis des décisions provisoires Certains corps de broyage

On April 30, 2021, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), pursuant to subsection 38(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing with respect to certain grinding media from India.

The subject goods are usually classified under the following tariff classification numbers:

  • 7325.91.00.10
  • 7325.91.00.90

Note that the tariff classification numbers are for convenience of reference only. Refer to the product definition for authoritative details regarding the subject goods.

Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after April 30, 2021.

Le 30 avril 2021, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada (ASFC), en vertu du paragraphe 38(1) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation (LMSI), a rendu des décisions provisoires de dumping et de subventionnement à l’égard de certains corps de broyage de l’Inde.

Les marchandises en cause sont habituellement classées sous les numéros de classification tarifaires suivants :
