As reported in our Trade News [Getting ready for the new AMS and We're changing to serve you better], we are implementing a new Association Management System (AMS) that will enhance many of the ways we engage with CSCB Members and with you, our designates.
We are in the final preparations for this important transition. To ensure a seamless move from our current system to the new one, with no loss of data, we will be pausing the process of recording designate points from February 16, 2024, until March 6, 2024.
If you have participated in events or activities that are eligible for designate points, we encourage you to transmit proof of participation via the regular process before February 16, 2024. No proof of eligible events will be accepted between February 16 and March 6, 2024.
After March 6, 2024, a new process will be in place to allow you to upload your proof of participation in eligible events; those details will be communicated to you by March 6. For urgent situations during the transition period, please contact [email protected] and your request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Rest assured that no designate will lose the opportunity to accumulate points for eligible events that occurred prior to or during the system transition period.
