Further to the publication relating to the Safe Food for Canadians (SFC) licence implementation, chapter 12 was published to remove the end use “Human consumption” from the following HS codes.

12.07.21 - Cotton seeds: Seed
12.07.60 - Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) seeds
12.09.91.0070.14 - Cucumber (seed)
12.09.91.0070.15 - Pepper (seed)
12.09.91.0070.16 - Tomato (seed)
