Air Canada UPDATE: Shipment impacts during CUPE labour negotiations

Related to the 10,000 flight attendants at Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge that they intend to strike, Air Canada is beginning a phased wind down of their operations, to be completed over the next three days.

 Booking and acceptance
AC Animals
AC Horses
AC Compassion
No new bookings until further notice.
All specialty cargo products:
AC Absolute
AC Pharmacair
AC Secure
AC Expedair
AC eCommerce
AC DGR
No new bookings after August 13, 2025, until further notice.

All shipments must be accepted for carriage by this date.
AC FreshAC Fresh bookings will be allowed to/from these stations:
London (LHR) 
Spain (BCN, MAD) 
Amsterdam (AMS) 
Brussels (BRU) 
Frankfurt (FRA) 
Paris (CDG) 
And existing freighter stations
AC Freighter
 
All shipments booked on a freighter flight or with a freighter connection can continue to move as scheduled, provided all legs have a confirmation.
AC General Cargo
AC Mail
Our standard 14-day booking window continues to apply, with standard acceptance times.
