Animal Feed – Notice to indusry

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is informing feed manufacturers, importers, and distributors about a recall involving contaminated lots of Copper (II) Sulfate Pentahydrate originating from China and labelled as “Feed Grade/Qualité alimentaire.” CFIA has been monitoring the effectiveness of this recall and is providing this notice to reinforce industry awareness and compliance.

Aliments pour animaux de ferme – Avis à l’industrie

 

L’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments (ACIA) informe les fabricants, les importateurs et les distributeurs d’aliments pour animaux de ferme d’un rappel concernant des lots contaminés de sulfate de cuivre (II) pentahydraté provenant de Chine et étiquetés « Qualité alimentaire/ Feed Grade ». L’ACIA a suivi l’efficacité de ce rappel et publie cet avis afin de sensibiliser davantage l’industrie et de renforcer la conformité.
