Australia – Updated health certificates and food export requirements for dairy products for human consumption

Effective September 1, 2026, please note that Australia modified their import requirements for dairy products and the previous certificate “Health Certificate for export of dairy products from Canada to Australia (TS.AU) is no longer in use. It has been replaced with three certificates:

  • Health certificate for cheese (other than raw milk cheese) intended for human consumption for export to Australia (CFIA/ACIA FA1079)
  • Health certificate for dairy products of bovine origin intended for human consumption for export to Australia (CFIA/ACIA FA1080)
  • Health certificate for dairy products of caprine and/or ovine origin intended for human consumption for export to Australia (CFIA/ACIA FA1081)

The Food export requirements library Australia – Export requirements for milk and dairy products – inspection.canada.ca has been updated accordingly.

À compter du 1er septembre 2026, veuillez noter que l’Australie a modifié ses exigences en matière d’importation de produits laitiers; par conséquent, l’ancien certificat, intitulé « Certificat sanitaire pour l’exportation de produits laitiers du Canada vers l’Australie (TS.AU) », n’est plus utilisé. Il a été remplacé par trois certificats :

  • Certificat sanitaire pour le fromage (autre que le fromage au lait cru) destiné à la consommation humaine pour exportations vers l’Australie (CFIA/ACIA FA1079)
  • Certificat sanitaire pour les produits laitiers d’origine bovine destinés à la consommation humaine pour exportations vers l’Australie (CFIA/ACIA FA1080)
  • Certificat sanitaire pour les produits laitiers d’origine caprine et/ou ovine destinés à la consommation humaine pour exportations vers l’Australie (CFIA/ACIA FA1081)

La bibliothèque des exigences en matière d’exportation de produits alimentaires pour Australie – Exigences d'exportation pour le lait et les produits laitiers – inspection.canada.ca sera modifiée en conséquence.
