The Canada Gazette, Part II, Volume 159, Number 7 has published Regulations Amending the Regulations Prescribing Certain Firearms and Other Weapons, Components and Parts of Weapons, Accessories, Cartridge Magazines, Ammunition and Projectiles as Prohibited or Restricted: SOR/2025-86.

Application Prior to Publication

For the purpose of paragraph 11(2)(a) of the Statutory Instruments Act, these Regulations apply according to their terms before they are published in the Canada Gazette.

Coming into Force

These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are made.
