The CARM Client Portal (CCP) EDI sub-program enrolment functionality is not supported at this time. Clients who have EDI sub-program enrolment requests are asked to direct requests by following the applicable process(es) below.

Requests for the following EDI services and connection method must be initiated via the webform on the CBSA website:

• Commercial Accounting Declaration (CAD)

• Daily Notice (DN) and Statement of Account (SOA)

• Web Service

Requests for the following EDI services and connection methods require applications submitted via the Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) generic email [email protected]:

• Advance Commercial Information & Notices (ACI)

• Integrated Import Declaration (IID)

• Release - Accelerated Commercial Release Operations Support System (ACROSS)

• Release Notification System (RNS)

• Customs Internet Gateway

• Direct Connect to CBSA

• Third Party Service Provider
